CONDITIONS:
General: Promotion subject to availability of a limited number of rooms and not applicable retrospectively to existing bookings.
Per person price based on two adults sharing a twin or double room. Supplement applicable to single occupancy.

3 day Weekend Warrior tennis academy has to be exchanged for 3 green fees.

Mountain bike hire: 3 days' rental of 1 intermediate front suspension mountain bike or 2 days' rental of road bike. Includes helmet, lock and route map.

Free nights offer: Applicable to room only and not to any supplements (e.g. meal plan, etc)
Lowest rate night will be free of charge. No green fees included on free nights. Bookable back-to-back, e.g. Book 8 nights, pay just 6, etc

Free child accommodation: No charge for child under 12 sharing room with parents, including buffet breakfast. Maximum 3 guests per room. Golf or alternative activities not included.
